LINEAR
SYNCHRONOUS IRON-CORE MOTORS

Ruchservomotor design and
produces next main type of linear synchronous motors:
Linear synchronous motors series LSM-24
Linear synchronous motors series LSM-36
Linear synchronous motors
series LSM-32
The linear synchronous motors
Ruchservomotor JV are guarantee:
high force density in compact dimensions(peak linear force up to 7600N),
high velocity(up to 5m/s)
and accelerations (up to 14G *).
Multiples forcers can be operated independently on one magnet way. The motors can be join serially or in parallel for obtaining higher linear force.
Short description:
The AC servomotor consist of a moving primary coil unit (forcer) and a secondary permanent magnet unit (magnet way). The forcer includes a coil unit that is encapsulated in thermally conductive epoxy. The magnet way is made of high-energy rare-earth magnets glued on a steel plate. An air gap between forcer and magnets must be maintained according to the specified dimension tolerances for proper operation of motor.
Ruchservomotor JV produced 3 kind of linear synchronous motor, iron-core and symmetrical iron-core.
The iron-core motors are
equipped by one magnet way (track), placed under the forcer.
Therefore high attraction force is appear between magnet way and forcer.
This force guarantee high rigidity of linear system, provide preload for linear
guideways.
The iron-core motors are
designed in three capacity ranges:
for instrument-making (series LSM-24)
,
for machine-building industry (series LSM-
36, series LSM-32).
The feature of motors series
LSM-24 is small dimensions for low profile(compact) linear systems.
The feature of motors series LSM-36 is high force for metall processing task.
The motors of series LSM-32 are developed for built-in alu profile.
The high magnetic attraction force is between magnet way and forcer. This feature garantee high rigidity of linear system, provide preloading on linear guideways system.
The symmetrical iron-core
is produced in serie LSSM-36. These motors
have 2 symmetrically located magnet ways. This construction negate the effects
of attraction forces between magnets and forcer. This feature allow to use smaller
linear bearing system.
