Torque tables RT-24-93xHH

Description:
Table is designed for indexing table applications, i.e. fast movements in start-stop mode.
Used four-point ball bearing has high stiffness, accepts loads in any direction and allows any orientation of rotary axis (vertical, horizontal, inclined, upside-down).
The bearing has limited velocity by consistent grease.
It is allowed to use the motor for fast rotating at speed up to 1400 rpm for short time about 5 seconds, but continuous long time rotating with high speeds must be prevented.

FEATURES:
· Iron-core three-phase rotary synchronous motor with rare-earth magnets for high force density.
· Direct drive (no gear, no backlash), small dimensions with big hollow shaft (O44 mm).
· Built-in precision four-point ball bearing, sine encoder, thermistors for overheating protection.
· High precision, repeatability and resolution, low cogging, smooth movement, protection IP20.
· High motor stiffness and large bandwidth by position regulator with encoder feedback.

Applications:
Machine tools; pick and place machines, indexing tables, for instrument-making, semiconductor manufacturing.
